The service

Spark360 is an AI operating layer that helps run your business across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and service. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

Trials

Free trials are provided to let you evaluate Spark360. They require no credit card and carry no obligation to continue. We may set reasonable limits on trial scope and length, and we may end a trial that is misused.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully and not to harm others, send spam, or infringe rights.
• You are responsible for the data and instructions you give the service.

Your data

You keep ownership of the business data you put into Spark360. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SlashLogixx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
