This policy explains what Spark360, operated by SlashLogixx, collects when you request a free trial or use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we run the product.

What we collect

Trial request details you submit: your name, email address, company name, and (optionally) your website.
Service data you connect or enter while using Spark360 to run your business (for example marketing, sales, operations, finance, and service activity).
Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To set up, deliver, and support your trial and account.
To respond to your questions and contact you about your trial.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your business data: who controls it

For the trial request details and technical data above, SlashLogixx is the data controller. For the Service data you connect or enter to run your business, you remain the data controller and Spark360 acts as your processor: we process that data only to provide the service, on your instructions, and we do not use it for our own purposes. You decide what business data to connect, how long to keep it, and when to delete it; on request or on account closure we delete or return it (subject to legal retention obligations). These roles apply under GDPR, the CCPA, and similar laws.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use it to run Spark360 for you.

Data retention and security

We keep the trial and account information we control for as long as your account or trial is active, and as needed to meet legal and operational obligations. The Service data you control is retained for as long as you keep it connected and is deleted or returned when you delete it or close your account, except where law requires us to retain it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect all of it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email spark360@slashlogixx.com.
